10.2 Analyzing the Organizational Needs

During the analysis phase, determine what issue(s) needs to be addressed in the organization, who needs to be trained and what these employees need to be able to do. To do this, training professional will perform tasks such as talking with the management and employees about the organization, reviewing  documents within the organization (e.g., production reports), and observing the business of the organization for a period of time (e.g., job shadow).
